  • The Heuer Autavia Chronograph is probably best associated as a racing watch, and being worn by the great Formula 1 driver Jochen Rindt. It was this particular reference, the 2446 Autavia 3rd execution that he wore. And it has also been one Heuer reissued.

    This excellent example of a 1968 Autavia features a strong beveled full stainless steel case with original signed Heuer crown.

    The dial has a gorgeous marble patina, and clean white panda subdial registers. The bezel insert is also excellent with just the right amount of character.

    The caseback shows a good clear engraving.

    The valjoux 72 is running strong with excellent power reserve, as it was fully overhauled by Tag. It will include the paperwork.
