In 1965 Zenith was 100 years of age, and celebrated with this "Centenary" model known as the "Keyhole" S.65.

Zenith became 100 years old in 1965 and this Zenith A6620 was produced to commemorate the occasion. The watch was named the "Keyhole" for it's unique design, that you can see resembles a Keyhole shape.
With its smaller dial and large bezel it has more of a art deco design with the lovely linear pattern it stands out on the wrist. And that date at 6 position with cyclops is fantastic. It is very hard to find a deluxe dial in such good original condition.
The watch is housed by a full serviced caliber 2542 PC movement.
The added icing on the cake with this already uncommon watch, is the original NSA Zenith bracelet, which was introduced 6 years after, prior they came delivered on leather. However, the steel NSA really adds to the completeness of this one.
Zenith has been producing in house movements for some time which has allowed the quality control they have been known for and are still standing tall today, which is a testement to their quality and control.
