  • Omega made some of the most beautiful Divers during the 1960s and this early 165.024 with MKI bakelite is in amazing preservation, typically not seen in such homogenous shape, note the matching tritium patina in the bakelite and on the dial. The lume is just stunning in any light and has real presence and character, and the baton hands also match perfectly.

This example comes in a HF twisted lug case with original Omega signed crown, recessed in the case, and the Seamaster embossed caseback logo in tact witht the correct stepped caseback.

The watch came with its original 1506 clasp which has been adapted to fot another steel bracelet the owner wore it on, but also came with some of the original flatlinks, this will be included in the sale, as it is original to the watch. The clasp has been date engraved and personlised, and the inner clasp has the 64 date stamp as well.

The 165.024-63 is one of the earliest and hardest Seamaster 300s to find, especially in all original shape like this, and the design is what influenced the later models Omega make today.
