Incredibly rare and highly coveted vintage Omega Seamaster chronograph with original panda dial and ultraman style red chrono seconds hand.
Produced around the same time as the 145.017 Omega Speedmaster 'Ultraman" which is an interesting point in its inception.
This model is believed to be produced for a limited run for the 1967 Mexican Olympics, it is nicknamed the "Mexicano" for that reason.
This is a fantastic and very rare Omega Chronograph has only surfaced 10 times, with only 1-2 nice examples coming to the market in the last 10 years. Very seldom seen and under thre radar watch.
Omega 321 caliber fully signed movement 'unadjusted' with 26 million serial range, and full signed case bearing reference 145.005-67.
Dial in excellent shape with deep pumpkin lume, testing under UV correctly, one light hand drag on the lower middel sub register, otherwise beautiful and starting to turn brown in the sun.
Case is excellent, light marks but facets all there on the lugs and Seamaster and Waterproof engravings are all still in tact on the caseback.
Original signed plexi with floating Omega logo. Original flat-foot crown and pump pushers.
Comes on Omega flatlink 1035 with 71' date clasp added later to the watch, but quite rare and valuable.
Comes directly from a collector in Vietnam.
