1980s Must De Cartier Tank Column Dial Full Set Complete

Here we have a truly lovely and uncommon variant of the ever popular Must de Cartier line by Cartier designed to be the more accesible line of Tanks designs because of the popularity of the Tank models.

 

This example features a mechanical hand-winding movement and measures 23 x 30mm across and has a close to perfect case and a truly gorgeous "Column" dial meaning dial is divided of gold mirrored strips-like tones in between a cream finish with vertical Roman numerals. This variation is quite uncommon. This dial is truly amazing and captures the light beautifully.

 

At 11 o’clock there is the  “Cartier" logo printed as part of the number and it has a blue cabachon topped winding crown.

 

The case is in good condition with some light wear to the plating on the inner lug edges, but overall ok.

 

The watch comes accompanied by original gurantee papers, original box and service gurantee cards. It comes as a full set.

 

The watch has it's original Must strap and buckle with some light wear to the leather, but can still be used or swapped if desired to preserve it.

 

All in all a great example with full box and paperwork, and a fresh battery installed, a cool find.
