Delivery times
Signature Required. In order to protect your shipment from theft, we require a direct signature when delivered. An email will be sent upon shipment so you can check delivery dates with the tracking number provided. Please make certain someone is available to receive your parcel or shipping charges may incur after three delivery attempts. Any shipments that require rerouting will be charged £15.
Items ship within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of payment unless notified otherwise. Used item delivery times vary depending upon the item. All parcels shipped within the UK are shipped via FedEx or Royal Mail Special Delivery. International packages are shipped via FedEx international priority
Cancellation Policy
We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.
Return Policy
All sales are final. However, if an item arrives not as described, grossly misstated, you shall be entitled to return said item for a full refund less shipping costs and a small restocking fee (please email us for more information).

If a watch is pictured on a certain strap and does not have the original bracelet included in the sale, we reserve the right to exchange it for another quality strap.
